We're based conveniently near the town of Caerphilly, South Wales with easy access to the M4 motorway and the busy towns and villages of the Welsh valleys. We are proud to service the local home domestic market as well as contracting in the commercial and public sector fulfilling contracts with Knowhow amongst others.

We are registered with the government rdi-lb "digital tick" scheme and all our work complies to the British Standards and Codes of Practice of the Confederation of Aerial Installers.


All our engineers are trained to NVQ Level 2 & 3 Electrical and Electronics Servicing (Signal Reception Pathways).  All installation engineers undertake a criminal disclose (CRB check) before employment to ensure their suitability, and more importantly, your safety. Our installation engineers are directly employed by Digital Wales Tec and have first hand in depth knowledge of their local area.

Work carried out by Digital Wales Tec engineers is fully guaranteed from one year of the date of installation. In the unlikely event you have any issues with your installation during this period, we will return to ascertain the problem and rectify in a suitable and timely manner.
